Is your nervous system running on a loop of "to-do" lists and "what-ifs"? It’s time to give your brain a break and your body a soft place to land. Join us for a 8-week immersion dedicated to the radical act of slowing down and reclaiming your inner quiet.
Your Weekly Sanctuary
In a world that prizes "hustle," this series is your permission slip to be still. Each session is a three-step journey designed to move you from the chaos of the day into a state of profound peace:
Somatic Release: We begin with fluid, gentle movements to "shake off" the day, unbind physical knots, and exit the "fight or flight" response.
The Letting Go Ritual: Before we settle into stillness, we engage in a brief ritual to clear mental clutter.
Yoga Nidra: You will settle into total stillness for a guided "conscious sleep." Here, your brain waves slow down, allowing for deep cellular repair and a level of mental clarity that a standard nap just can't touch.
What to Expect
This isn't about "perfecting" a pose; it's about reclaiming your capacity for rest. Over eight weeks, you will:
Regulate Your Nervous System: Shift from high-alert into "rest and digest" mode.
Release Chronic Tension: Address the physical stress.
Shed Mental Weight: Use the weekly ritual to practice the habit of letting go.
Restore Your Reserves: Wake up feeling more resilient, grounded, and less "frazzled."
No experience (or energy) required!

When: Thursdays, March 5th – April 30th (No Class March 26th)
Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Where: Join us in person for community connection, or via Zoom to find peace in your own home.
Recordings: Life happens! All participants receive a recording of every session to revisit whenever you need a moment of calm.
